Warsaw...

The flight was paid with United Miles BC. The truth is was more like premium economy.  Be that as it may, I had a nice seat companion, a female lawyer.  It was a 4 1/2 hour flight. I did not realize that long inter Europe. We landed in Warsaw in a wet, raining, damp day.  There should be a rule about entering a new destination when it is wet and cold. It starts your relationship with the city in a depressed mood.
A cab took advantage of me from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is the Castle Inn right on the main square. I had a nice room, double bed up many stairs but great WiFi. I walker around some to get a feel of the place. Warsaw has a beautiful old town it is just that unlike Prague it was totally destroyed in WW 2.  Yet, it looks great how they recreated it...
